This subsidiary was established to provide building maintenance and construction services. Our focus is on building, renovating, altering houses and/ office parks, commercial buildings and industrial structures, both for the private and the public sector in South Africa. We utilise an exciting business model that is designed to provide affordable modern housing to the low- and middle-income earners. We intend to become a fully-fledged property developer in Limpopo.
Setumishi Construction & Maintenance is a results-driven company. We provide an exciting range of construction and building maintenance services. This allows us to evaluate a variety of construction systems, choosing those that are best suited to the customers and potential clients. We then combine those systems in such a way so as to create meaningful and effective construction, repair and maintenance strategies for optimal results.
